Shipping

Who doesn't love FREE shipping right? If you live in Australia then you qualify for free express shipping which is tracked and signed for. Our aim is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. At the moment the only options at checkout for delivery are to Australia, New Zealand, USA and the UK, but if you have your eye on something then most definitely reach out to us with your address and we’ll get you a quote for shipping.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

 

Processing time:

Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All of our orders are hand-crafted to your specifications when you purchase your ring. Wooden bands on their own will take 3-7 business days and metal liners will take 4-6 weeks. 

 

Shipping time:

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our workshop to the destination. We use Australia Post as our shipping provider.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID THERE HAVE BEEN DELAYS ACROSS THE WORLD. PLEASE REFER TO THE AUSTRALIA POST WEBSITE FOR MORE DETAILS.

For orders shipping within Australia, delivery typically takes 1 business day from the time of shipping. Please allow and additional day or two for unforeseen circumstances. 

For orders shipping to New Zealand, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for express shipping and 5-7 business days for standard from the time of shipping. Please allow and additional day or two for unforeseen circumstances.

Most of the time we can create and ship our rings within these suggested time frames, but as we work with natural materials, and take pride in our craftsmanship and finished product, we cannot always predict delays and these timelines are not guarantees.

 

Rush Delivery:

If you have a quickly approaching deadline, please contact us before ordering so that we can work with you on meeting your deadline.

We also have a selection of pre-made rings available for immediate shipment.

 

Returns & exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your ring, so if you aren't 100%, please contact us and we can see whats wrong, if you're still not pleased send the ring back in its original condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund, not including postage. If you haven't ordered the right size, we can resize your ring up to half a US size either way any more than this a new ring will have to be made at a fee of 50% the original price not including postage.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
